🤩 I was invited to join the judging panel at Amplitude — and saying yes was an easy decision.

In just two hours, teams will build a working AI agent live at Parloa.
No weeks of preparation. No polished slides. No endless strategy discussions.
Just people, ideas and a challenge: build something meaningful within a limited amount of time.

And honestly? That’s where things get interesting.
Because when there is no blueprint, no perfect roadmap and no one telling you what to do, you get to see how people really think. How they approach problems. How they collaborate. How they turn ideas into something tangible. 💡

What fascinates me most about AI in Customer Experience right now isn’t the technology itself. It’s the decisions behind it.

How do we create experiences that genuinely help customers? How do we balance efficiency and empathy? And what happens when smart people are given the space to experiment and build?

On August 18th, I’ll have a front-row seat to exactly that. 🎉

And the event is hosted by the wonderful Nate Brown — which makes it even better.

The best part? Everyone is welcome. You don’t need to be an AI expert. Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn are more than enough.
I have a feeling we’re going to see some brilliant ideas emerge from this challenge, and I can’t wait to be part of it.

Hope to see some familiar faces there!

Best wishes from Berlin,
Anika ✨
