One thought from our first session has stayed with me all week.
When Latané Conant shared the idea behind the 4% Rule*, I looked around the room and saw everyone nodding.
*The idea is simple: meaningful relationships rarely come from large networks. They are built in small, trusted circles where people feel safe enough to share what really matters.
Because that’s exactly what this community is about.
Creating a space where senior CX and service leaders don’t have to explain why their challenges are complex. A space where conversations start at a completely different level because everyone has lived a similar reality.
One sentence from our discussion perfectly captured it: „The businesses are different. The challenges are not.“
We talked about AI, customer centricity, organizational structures, executive buy in and where Customer Experience should actually sit inside a company.
The topics were different.
The underlying challenges were remarkably similar.
I truly believe we’ve reached a point where best practice is no longer enough.
The pace of change is simply too fast.
What we need now is best thinking. 💡
Thank you, LatanĂ© Conant, Julia Goelles and everyone who made this first session so open, thoughtful and inspiring. I’m already looking forward to our next conversation. 🚀 and of course a big thank you to our first founding members: Pascal DuĂ© Matthias Quirmbach & Simone Taverne 🙏
If you’re a senior CX or service leader and would like to become part of this curated community, we’d love to hear from you.
The Global CX Inner Circle is intentionally kept small to foster trusted relationships, honest conversations and meaningful peer exchange. It is designed for practitioners who are actively shaping Customer Experience from within their organizations.
If this sounds like the right room for you, we’d be delighted to receive your application.
See you soon 🤩
