I just came back from the Customer Experience Summit in Amsterdam Forrester CX Events.
And one thing stayed with me deeply: Customer Experience is about connecting people & building relationships across teams, across companies & across countries. Tom Prakke said: connection is actually core for leaders, for customers, for employees and we all should live up to the expectation of our customers!
And this is exactly why we need more real exchange on a peer to peer basis. In my eyes, best practice is shifting to best thinking!
