After weeks of getting to know each other through our biweekly CX Inner Circle calls, I honestly can’t believe it’s finally happening… we’re taking our conversations from online to offline. 🤍
What started as a carefully curated community of CX and Service leaders from across Europe is now becoming something even more special. Because some conversations simply deserve more than a screen. They deserve a seat around one table, where ideas can be challenged, experiences shared and meaningful relationships built.
That’s exactly what we’re creating next.
🥐 On October 7, we’ll host our very first CX Inner Circle Breakfast at Parloa WAVE in Berlin, bringing together our members and a small group of selected senior CX leaders for the very first time. It’s so great to welcome you soon together with the wonderful Latané Conant & Julia Goelles and our founding members Simone Taverne Pascal Dué Matthias Quirmbach 🤩
And that’s only the beginning. 🍷 Our CX Inner Circle Dinner Events are already in the making, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue these conversations in cities across Europe.
