More than 20 years ago, Anika Tannebaum began her management career in the 5-star luxury hotel industry in London. Since then, she has been passionate about excellent service, meeting customer needs, and genuine customer-centricity.
Today, she helps companies, startups, and small and medium-sized businesses build scalable customer service operations.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Anika Tannebaum is now THE go-to expert in customer service. At corporate events, she impresses as a first-rate host and is booked by leading companies as a top keynote speaker.
With the Customer Service Online Masterclass, Anika launched the first online course for customer service managers. To date, she has reached over 140 participants and is helping to instill a winning service mindset within companies.

At the age of 22, Anika began her management career in the luxury hotel industry in London. This was followed by senior positions at Booking.com, eBay, Bentley, and Audi, where she led and expanded the customer service teams.
