In 2021, Anika oversaw the complete overhaul of customer service at Wein & Vinos. Two locations—telephone support in Hamburg and email & logistics in Berlin—were merged into a single integrated unit in a short period of time. Despite a tight deadline ahead of the holiday season, the team succeeded in creating more efficient processes, clear lines of responsibility, and an improved customer experience.
Result: A scalable, cross-channel customer service operation with faster response times and delighted customers.
“Anika has been guiding us with her outstanding moderation skills since the very first Service Summit—and we can’t imagine anyone better for the job! With her charm, professionalism, and keen sense for engaging conversations, she manages to keep the discussions lively and entertaining.
Our participants love her open, engaging style and her ability to make even complex topics easy to understand. We look forward to her moderation every year and can highly recommend her!”
Anika Tannebaum led a two-day Service Excellence Workshop for our service centers. Following a kick-off session to analyze the challenges, she tailored the content specifically to our teams. The workshop provided practical knowledge, immediately actionable methods, and strategies for customer interactions. Anika’s focus on individual concerns and collaborative solution development was particularly valuable.
Result: A motivated team with enhanced service awareness, clear decision-making competencies, and effective strategies for delivering excellent customer experiences.
“Anika’s moderation of the OMR Reviews Tool Talks is always a highlight. She combines professionalism with personality and guides the audience through the format with a clear structure, a strong presence, and genuine warmth.
Thanks to her expertise in customer service and her keen insight gained through her customer-centric—or “WOW”—perspective, she succeeds in conveying even complex content in a way that is understandable, motivating, and engaging. The audience is visibly enthusiastic as well: attentive, inspired, and fully engaged.”
Many women’s events remain superficial: inspiring talks, nice words—but little lasting impact. The goal of this event was to spark real growth, raise women’s visibility, and create spaces for exchange, courage, and mutual support.
The event deliberately went beyond traditional career or empowerment formats. The focus was on:
Visibility & Strengths: How women can clearly articulate their skills and demonstrate them with confidence.
Networking & Mentoring: The power of mutual support rather than comparison.
Learning from One Another: Exchange on equal footing—across hierarchies.
Development prospects: How potential can be more boldly recognized and nurtured.
Ten volunteer women delivered their personal elevator pitches to over 100 female colleagues.
